Pavilion and Fitness Center

Relax in the Pavilion

  • Pavilion Great Room is perfect for socializing
  • Reserve it for your party or just meet up with neighbors
  • Pavilion also has kitchen, meeting room, big screen TV, fireplace
  • Back deck features tables, grills, and lots of chairs

Enjoy the Fitness Center

  • Great cardio equipment: 3 treadmills, two ellipiticals, two bikes, and a rowing machine
  • Strength train on state of the art machines and free weights
  • 24/7 access and on-site showers

PAVILION RENTAL

The Pavilion is open for reservations.  The rental fee is $125.00 and an additional $75.00 refundable cleaning deposit.
